Company Organization

A.J. Boggs & Company, an S-Corporation founded in 1989, has offices in Okemos, Grand Rapids, and Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Who was A.J. Boggs? A. J. Boggs is derived from two names: A. James Crawford and Maxwell P. Boggs. They were close friends in college and afterwards in Akron, Ohio where Jim was an engineer at Goodyear and Max a treasurer at the University. Their festive spirit, good nature, and humble values live on in the company started by their grandsons.
